Discovery
- The Discovery Dude is responsible of signaling joined and left events to the Proximities (such that they can be re-evaluated and update the Flocks) when Flockrs join and leave the network. This dude provides an abstraction over the network technology (initially wifi, may be extended with e.g. Bluetooth).
