 +===== Short Bio =====
 +Tom Mens obtained a degree in mathematics in 1992, in computer science in 1993, and a PhD in science in 1999 at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
 +He has been a postdoctoral fellow of the Fund for Scientific Research Flanders (FWO) for three years. Since October 2003, he is directing the Software Engineering Lab at the University of Mons, where he is a full-time professor. He has published numerous articles on software evolution and model-driven software engineering, and he co-edited the book 'Software Evolution' with Serge Demeyer. He has been involved in many international workshops and conferences. He is the director of the ERCIM Working Group on Software Evolution, and is involved in several research projects related to software evolution and model-driven software engineering.
