Camera-Ready Submission Instructions

The IWPSE-EVOL workshop proceedings will be indexed by the ACM Digital Library and published with the ISBN 978-1-4503-0128-2.

To help you prepare the final copy of your paper, we have included below all of the information you will need to submit your camera-ready paper.

Paper format

The final camera-ready version of the paper must be submitted as PDF and strictly adhere to the ACM proceedings format.

Make sure that all fonts are embedded within the .pdf file. They should have Type 1 fonts (scalable), not Type 3 (bit-mapped). If bit-mapped fonts are used, they will not necessarily display legibly in all PDF readers on all platforms, though they will print out fine.

Copyright statement

The following copyright statement together with a bibliographic strip containing the specific ISBN should appear at the bottom first page left column of each paper:

“Permission to make digital or hard copies of all or part of this work for personal or classroom use is granted without fee provided that copies are not made or distributed for profit or commercial advantage and that copies bear this notice and the full citation on the first page. To copy otherwise, to republish, to post on servers or to redistribute to lists, requires prior specific permission and/or a fee.
