The votes have been tallied, and below are the final time allocations for each paper and discussion session. The times represent the rounded averages of the 11 votes received.
Each time slot includes the time for both your presentation and any audience questions or discussions on your paper. These times are maxima; you are free to use less if you so choose. We intend to enforce these limits, in order to respect the voters.
Since the votes were positive on the 30-sec paper overview, please prepare a single overview or title slide and email it to the organizers at firstname.lastname@example.org before Oct. 14th.
The order below is not the order in which they will be presented. We have not yet worked out the detailed schedule.
