Self-sovereign applications, or decentralized applications (Dapps), keep (part of) their state and logic with a decentralized group of participants. SODISA contributes tools, techniques, and components that make such applications less complex, safer, and more scalable in terms of application state and runtime cost: better software development tools for bug prediction and debugging, safer blockchain execution layers, and novel hybrid (strong and eventual) consistency models.
