Workshop Refund Policy

The WOG Steering Committee has decided upon the following refund policy for workshops that are organised or sponsored by the consortium.

Requests for funding of organised workshops, conferences and symposia have to be approved by the Steering Committee. Therefore, the following information should be provided with each request:
- Exact date and location of the event
- Organisers (and affiliations) of the event
- CFP of the event
- Any other relevant information that might be important for approval.
A maximum of 400 Euro can be refunded per participant.
Only transportation (taxi, bus, metro, tram, train, plane) and accomodation (hotel expenses) can be refunded. Conference registrations are not refunded.
Original receipts of expenses should be handed over to the WOG secretary together with the following information:
- Full participant name
- Complete affiliation information (institution, address, e-mail, phone, fax)
- Bank account

The WOG Steering Committee has decided upon the following refund policy for international research visits that have been approved by the consortium.

Requests for research visits have to be approved by the Steering Committee. Therefore, the following information should be provided with each request:
- Exact date and location of the research visit
- Name and institution of the visiting person
- Institution where the visit will take place
- Information regarding invited research talk, if applicable (title, abstract, date and time, location)
A maximum of 500 Euro can be refunded per research visit.
Only transportation (taxi, bus, metro, tram, train, plane) and accomodation (hotel expenses) can be refunded.
Original receipts of expenses should be handed over to the WOG secretary together with the following information:
- Full participant name
- Complete affiliation information (institution, address, e-mail, phone, fax)
- Bank account
