Registration Information
MPLR22 will be in person.
The early registration deadline is 23 August 2022 (AoE).
The registration to the MPLR’22 includes:
- admission to all scientific sessions of the conference
- access to the conference proceedings
- lunch and coffee breaks
- 4 single-trip public transport tickets in the Brussels area
- welcome reception on Wednesday, September 14
- guided tour to the city hall and conference banquet on Thursday, September 15.
Please note, that at least one person per accepted submission must register early. Papers without a registered author will not be included in the proceedings.
Conference Fees
Registration fees are shown below; all prices are listed in Euro (€). No VAT is charged.

Extra banquet tickets for accompanying persons can be purchased at €80 each.
Students are required to provide proof of full-time student status at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be submitted in writing to mplr22@soft.vub.ac.be no later than August 31, 2022 and is subject to a €25 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after this date. All refunds will be managed after the conference. Author registration cannot be cancelled.
If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to some other person whom you must indicate to us in your cancellation request (name, affiliation, address, email).
