In order to provide a fully-featured IDE for the JAsCo AOP language, JAsCo's authors have proposed a plug-in for the Eclipse IDE. Using this plug-in, dedicated JAsCo projects can be developed, while the developers are assisted in implementing, running, and debugging their JAsCo-enabled application. The plug-in, which is called JAsCoDT (as in “JAsCo Development Tools”), is an extension of Eclipse's own JDT plug-in, so all features provided by this plug-in are also available.
